Invite Safari Thomas to your school or kids' group!

Hello Educators and Team Leaders,

I'm Safari Thomas, the author of The Lamb Gang Save the Loch Ness Monster, a delightful story celebrating friendship, courage, and caring for our planet. I'm excited to offer author visits to engage your children aged 5-8 years with interactive storytelling sessions featuring The Lamb Gang's magical adventures.

This story is designed to be accessible for young readers, including those with dyslexia and reading difficulties. I aim to inspire and educate young children about the importance of protecting our environment through fun and imaginative activities.

I will donate a FREE copy of my paperback book to a school library, and the children will receive a free Lamb Gang V.I.P. (Very Important Planet) Badge and a bookmark.

What to Expect From an Author Visit

One hour (and can be reduced or extended) of a Safari Adventure with:

Interactive Storytelling: Dive into The Lamb Gang’s world and listen to the actual audio book brilliantly narrated by Alice Wallis. Your pupils will be chanting and shouting as they join in with the Lamb Gang story.
Environmental Lessons: Learn about recycling and protecting wildlife through engaging activities.
Q&A Session: Children can ask questions about the story, characters, and anything they can think of.
Book Purchase and signings: I can arrange book purchases for the children either on or before the author visit date. You choose what is acceptable to your school or group meeting and parents. (You are asked to indicate this on my agreement.) You can pre-order discounted copies of my book for your organisation in BULK HERE.

What Schedule a Visit & Fees

£150 for up to two group sessions (delivered either morning or afternoon). Each additional session on the same day: £50.00. (Maximum of six sessions per day unless otherwise agreed.)

In some cases, travel and accommodation costs will need to be covered. Once a date and fees are agreed, I will send you an agreement with 50% payable to secure your event date.
